Made of black rubber, attaches to receiver and plugs into end when not in use. Simply unplug when trailering, and it hangs in place.

Secures all mount to hitch. 1/2 inch solid steel pin comes with 5/8 inch adapter, to fit either hole size. Zinc plated finish.
