Ratcheting handle for DL1602A, DL1802A and DLx1900 pulling winches. Can be cranked in full circular revolutions. Can also be ratcheted for better leverage on steep boat ramps or from an awkward stance (such as trying to bring a boat in without getting your feet wet!). Note: Ratcheting action only works in one direction (pulling the line in), so this item needs to be used in applications where there is room to rotate the handle 360 degrees, in order to let the load out.
